About deliveries during year-end and New Year holidays

We would like to inform you about the delivery of our products and support service during year-end and New Year holidays.

Deliveries during the holidays

Our factory will be closed for the holidays. As a result, the number of days required to deliver the photobook will drastically change.

Cutoff dates for shipping within 2024

Orders after this will be processed in order, after the New Year holidays.

Recommended order-by dates;
11:59PM on Dec. 23th, 2024(JST)

Deliveries after the holidays

Since many orders are also expected, it may be shipped after Jan. 6th, 2025(JST).

Support Service Holidays

Our support service will be suspended during the following period:

From Dec. 28th, 2024
to Jan. 5th, 2025(JST)
